A file appears under Solved / Adjudicated only when reliable records support a sufficiently definitive investigative or judicial outcome. Arrest, suspicion or indictment alone is not treated as a solved case. If responsibility remains unknown, a material part of the case is still open, or the available record is too incomplete, it belongs under Unsolved / Partial.
On July 27, 2007, Nikola Radosavljević killed nine people and wounded two others in Jabukovac near Negotin. A Serbian court found that he committed the acts while legally incapable of understanding or controlling them and ordered compulsory treatment in a secure psychiatric institution rather than a prison sentence.
